About Rafco Properties & Development
Established in 1992, Rafco Properties, Inc. strives to provide highly personalized Property Management services. Rafco structures all its Services to fit the individual needs of its clients and their properties - spanning from Residential Apartment/Condominium Communities to Office and Retail buildings. Rafco began as a small entity, managing a couple of pieces of real estate owned by the original Principals of the company. Within seven years Rafco had expanded to an exclusive Property Management firm, providing services to a wider array of clients in the St. Louis area. The saying, "Take Care of it like it's your Own" means a great deal to Rafco Properties & Development, as the roots of the company were created by taking care of the property that is our own. The principles behind caring for one's own assets, belongings, and reputation are the same principles Rafco has carried into the Management of our Clients' Real Estate Investments.

Rafco Gives Back
Rafco owners and employees are committed to giving their time and efforts to various charitable organizations where they live and work. Office and field staff employees have worked together to deliver lunches for the Meals on Wheels program around St. Louis. Through numerous fundraising events held throughout the year, resources have been donated to support national and local organizations including the Grand Art Center, Boy Scouts of America, Urban Force, Youth in Need, Sunny Hill, and Operation Food Outreach, located in the Midtown area of St. Louis. Each year, Rafco participates in the National Lee Denim Day to support the American Cancer Society and breast cancer research, as well as numerous food drives, holiday toy drives, classroom adoption, and the donation of cleaning supplies that benefit both national not-for-profit organizations like the United Way and local organizations directly servicing our community.
