Rafco Properties provides property management services to office buildings and retail centers throughout the greater St. Louis region. While development projects have been limited in number for Rafco Development, our subsidiary company, they have been immensely successful. We continue to place our emphasis on the management of properties and take pride in our very delicate selection process of development projects. The background, knowledge and experience that the President of Rafco Properties has in development has allowed for Rafco Properties to be a superior property manager for nationally recognized clients and allows us to offer services and consultation above and beyond our clients’ expectations.

As managers of office buildings our focus is on ensuring that the tenants and visitors of the office building feel welcome when they enter and comfortable and safe during their time there. We try to offer amenities and services such as car wash, dry cleaning delivery, shoeshine, etc… to accommodate the tenants and make their life easier. Attending to preventative maintenance of the major building equipment and maintaining the highest quality life safety systems are the major priorities.

Rafco’s goal as manager and/or developer of retail properties is to match appropriate retailers with the specific market needs and maximize the overall net income of the property for its owner(s). It is desirable to have a property management agreement during at least the latter part of a development project so that additional consultation and planning can be done along with the development team and owners to ensure coverage of CAM costs, proper installation of major equipment to reduce costs and confusion, key scheduling, etc.
