For our residents’ convenience we provide a 24-hour emergency phone messaging system that allows you to report after hours emergencies to the on call Rafco staff member.  Depending on the property (its development and the owners) Rafco also attempts to provide as many amenities to the residents as possible:  secured or covered parking, car wash service, fitness center, internet connection, satellite television ready units, and more.  We encourage our residents to make suggestions or simply ask us, it is our goal to do the best in our power to accommodate you.
